"connect timed out" while trying to download R2020a

I have Matlab R2019b and I want to upgrade to R2020a, but every time it downloads, I get the following message:
Apperantly it's something about an enc file, but I followed the instructions it gave me and it still didn't work.
Sometimes the download crashes at other steps of the download. Is there a crash log that I can share?

Hi,
The issue can be because the computer Security software is preventing the MathWorks Installer from connecting to the MathWorks servers. This is known as a connection issue due one or more of the following:
  • Antivirus Software
  • Proxy
  • Firewall
