finding coordinate based on distances

Hi everyone,
I have the distances of 31 points from each other. I want to find their coordinates. The coordinate of the last point (31) want to be [57 57]. how can I find the others with respect to this point.
I have attached distance excel file.

Here is an idea
Red numbers are distances as following
Black numbers are number of points
