How to display nodes with a very large amount of mesh elements - MATLAB PDE ToolBox

Good morning,
I hope you are staying safe. I am using the MATLAB Partial Differential Equation (PDE) ToolBox for structural analysis to model a hole (of a certain geometry in an infinitely thin plate, static plane stress analysis). I am basically interested in determining the stress values for specific points in my domain. Here are some of the questions that I basically have:
  • 1. With a very large number of mesh elements in my domain, how can I display the IDs of the nodes for the whole region. I tried to do so, it did not work when I decreased the element size to a relatively small value.
  • 2. If I am interested in a particular region within my domain, how do I display the IDs of the nodes contained in this specific region ONLY and NOT the whole domain.
  • 3. So assume I am using the quadratic mesh element option, how does the MATLAB PDE Code interpolates in between the nodes? Is it a linear interpolation ? Please, how does that work?
Thank you so much for your time and I cannot wait to hear from your side.
