Ode45: setting initial conditions from plotted figure

2 次查看(过去 30 天)
I'm not familiar at all with interactive plotting in matlab.
I'm integrating via ode45, and I have to loop the integration for different initial conditions.
Is there a way to integrate, plot solution, then from the figure (say it's 2D), choose a point to be used as initial conditions for the next integration iteration?

I doubt that this would be possible graphically. It would be straightforward to use the last value (or any other chosen value, depending on the criteria used to definie it) of tthe dependent variable as the initial conditions for the next integration, for example after changing a parameter of the ODE function to use in the next integration.
