Use ksdensity and extract a probability

Hello everyone !
I have some impacts' intensities data and I'd like to detect peaks within this time series (+400,000). To do so, I planned to give a score to each value according to the pdf of a sample (4001 values). I use ksdensity to have this pdf, but, even if I know that I can extract a probability from a pdf using an integration, I'm a little stuck to do this with the output from ksdensity. So would you have some hints about the way to do this please ?
I attach a csv with 4001 values from my time series.
