Hi,

I am trying to create a grid like the following:

I have two vectors: X and Y coordinates.

I need to find a way to add vertical lines to this plot.

Try this. It separates the points on edge and connects each of them to the center.

load('points.mat');
x_edge = x10N(end-50:end);
y_edge = y10N(end-50:end);
lines_X = [x10N(1)*ones(size(x_edge)).'; ...
           x_edge.'];
lines_Y =  [zeros(size(x_edge)).'; ...
            y_edge.'];
plot(x10N, y10N, 'b');
hold on
plot(lines_X, lines_Y, 'b-')
axis equal
