Mmax = 90.*N+16200*D*b*Gam;
Error using *
Incorrect dimensions for matrix multiplication. Check that
the number of columns in the first matrix matches the number
of rows in the second matrix. To perform elementwise
multiplication, use '.*'.

Assuming that ‘D’, ‘b’, and ‘Gam’ are all the same sizes, do what the error message tells you and use .* instead of * for the multiplications.
