Can someone help SPECTRUM SHARING codes between RADAR and communication system?

A HELP I AM REQUESTING:

1- How to define SQP, SQP_case2, SQP_complex2 function handle.

2- OTHERWISE, If someone have SPECTRUM SHARING MATLAB codes WHICH ARE WORKING (similar or even differrent from this) can you kindly share with me? [ie. if no2 is not possible to help due to any reason including ©rights]
