You can use the MATLAB function block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/creating-an-example-model-that-uses-a-matlab-function-block.html to use MATLAB functions in Simulink. Several functions from deep learning toolbox do not support code generation, so you might need to call them as extrinsic functions.
