Matlab DLL consuming more time

I'm using Matlab DLL in LabVIEW,my program is to print 2d array based on the inputs given, when i'm using my Matlab DLL in LabVIEW for smaller numbers it was fine but for larger numbers i.e., 10000x10000 it was hanging and output is taking nearly minutes to process, there is no problem in LabVIEW because I have tried same code without any DLL in LabVIEW it was working perfectly. Please help me,any suggestions would be helpful.
