Hello I would like to add annotations to my bode plot exactly like
Here is my code to the systems
TF1=tf(1,[1 1]);
TF2=tf(16,[1 4 16])
bode(TF2,'b--',TF1*TF2,'g')
grid on
legend('w/o actuator','w/ actuator')

it is easy to add line and text in plots directly from figure. Go to insert tab in menubar of figure and select whatever you want to draw on figure
if you want to do it by coding, see here

textbox1 = uicontrol('Position',[0 0 0 0],'Style', 'text','Units','norm','fontweight','bold','fontsize',14);
set(textbox1, 'String', 'Your Text Goes Here');
By the vector shown in bold, you can play around with the position of the textboxs
