SIL testing for blocks running at different rates.

Hello,
I have a model in simulink environment,consisting of four subsystems which executes at different rates. I have made all subsystem as triggered subsystems and have attached a pulse generator of frequency corresponding to its rate of execution. Substems consists of stateflow charts and standard PID controller blocks.
How can i do SIL testing of model (with all subsystems)? I have seen videos provided by mathworks but they all demonstrate for single tasks. How do i incorporate multiple rates for SIL testing.
