How to get a transfer function of a Simulink Block (a Subsystem) besides Model Linearizer?

Hallo, i need a transfer fcn of a Block (a Susystem, with a interpreted matlab fcn and integrator), but with the methode i found, Model Linearizer, i got always strange results, not at all what i wanted. And when i tried to use Model Linearizer doing simple examples (even also with a simple interpreted matlab fcn and integrator), it worked well, i'm confused.
So i want to ask is there any other way to get a transfer fcn, has anybody a better idea?
