out of memory error while using readtable function

Hello,

I'm running files of 25 gigs, but have 16gig RAM in my PC.

when I'm reading a file to a table I get this error "Error using readtable (line 216) Out of memory. Type "help memory" for your options."

is it anyway I can run this file? or is it impossible due to my RAM size?
