Find a mean value for specific rows?

Hello,
I have a data 500000x5 and I need to find a mean value of specific rows. For example the mean of the rows between 100 and 120.
Does anyone knows how to do this?

To find the mean for specific rows of matrix A:
MyMean = mean (A(:,(100:120)),2);
