How do you change the port names in a lookup table programatically?

I have a 2D lookup table that is generated by code. It takes in data from 2 sensors, but I can't figure out which port is which. They're just labeled "u1" and "u2." I used get(gcbh) to find all the parameters of the block, but none of them control these labels. Can I change these port names using set_param, and if so, what is that parameter called?

"u1" could be the label of the signal line. Try deleting the line to figure it out.
Or it could be a graphical masking of the block. You need to figure it out.

It's not a signal label. It's present from the moment you bring a lookup table into the project. I checked all the Mask parameters that came up when I used get(gcbh), but none fo them had any information in them other than "Var="

You can't change the lable "u1", "u2". They are just to identify the first dimention input, 2nd dimension input, etc. They have nothing to do with the actual signals you are connecting them to.
