plot simulink variables on mux

I have two variables resulted from simulink in two different running times i want to plot them on one figure as multiplexed . i tried to send them to workspace and read them again from work space in another simulation model , and i used time from config parameters as a first column , i think there is another professional way.

Is there a reason you don't want to do this in MATLAB, but in Simulink? Also, how do you log the signals to the workspace? You should be able to log the time vector along with the signal values vector.
