Problem running Neural Network toolbox

For my master thesis my university and I bought a Neural Network toolbox, but I am having problems running it despite following on-line guides.

I unzipped the 64 bit NNET toolbox files and put them in a subfolder of the \toolbox directory of the Matlab installation (2010b). I then added the NNET directory to the Matlab search path in the menu "file"-> "set path ..."

Having followed this procedure and restarted Matlab I ran the command "ver" to see a list of installed packages, but NNET does not show up. Anything anyone can do to aid me in resolving this issue?
