Problem with comm.mimochannel function

Hello,
I am using comm.mimochannel object to filters n input signal through a multipath fading. My input signal is a matrix of N.M. But I got an error in matlab says : "signal input to be an array with number of columns equal to 2", which is impossible for my input. what could be the solution.
