Error: Matrix is singular to working precision

Hello all, I try to run a Spatial Durbin Model with an X matrix (dependent variables) in which some of the rows are exactly the same (same vaues for the dependent variables in a few different observations). I think this may be why I get the error message: “Matrix is singular to working precision”. Is there a way around this? Thank you, Oana
