Error using NMPC for car speed control

I am using simulink for NMPC controller. During the optimization, I am sometimes getting the following error.
"All entries of input All entries of input Slack0 must be nonnegative. must be nonnegative."
I could not find any solution anywhere. I would like to get help to solve this problem.
