How to code for designing digital communication system for (BPSK, QPSK, 16-QAM) by Adding error control coding to the system using convolutional codes (add both error control coder and a decoder).?

I understand that you are trying to design digital communication system using fundamental blocks of digital signal processing. Simulink has inbuilt DSP blocks which can be used for your purpose. You can refer this link to start with basics of DSP blocks in Simulink.
