Problem related with for loop (Array indices must be positive integers or logical values)

I have a time vector time=[1x13094] and i would like to create a oscilation period vector osc by substracting consecutive time elements.
for ii=1:length(time)
osc(ii)=time(ii+1)-time(ii); %osciallation period
end
When i try this code i get a error message 'Array indices must be positive integers or logical values.' How can i overcome this error? Thank you in advance.

osc = diff(time)
