I read your answer in http://www.mathworks.co.uk/matlabcentral/answers/14059-stateflow-unexpectederror-when-generating-simulink-model-code-in-2011a,but I do not know how to using the Windows Registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor\AutoRun (or) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor\AutoRun)to configured to start the system shell .

Do you mean that the following commands return different results for you:
>> cd
>> !cd
If you don't know how to configure the Windows registry, I'm guessing you haven't changed that configuration, unless your IT department did? (FYI: How to Modify the Windows Registry)
