Multi-user setting

Hi,
I am using Matlab on windows server 2019 OS with multiple-users, and we have multiple matlab network authentication accounts. But I can only use matlab with one windows user now. I want to be able to use matlab in mutiple windows users at the same time, what should I do? please!

I have a similar question about an Ubuntu 18.04 server. I'm gonna hunt around for more answers but I'm marking this thread in case someone comes in with an answer (or in case you found one independently since writing).
