Can someone help me please?

I have the following code:

load reteafaliment.mat;

input_value1 = str2double(get(handles.edit3, 'String'));

input_value2 = str2double(get(handles.edit4, 'String'));

input_value3 = str2double(get(handles.edit5, 'String'));

input_value4 = str2double(get(handles.edit6, 'String'));

input_value5 = str2double(get(handles.edit7, 'String'));

input_value = [input_value1 input_value2 input_value3 input_value4 input_value5]';

output_value = sim(faliment, input_value)

set(handles.text22, 'String', num2str(output_value))

but the error is this:

Error in

matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)Neuronale('pushbutton5_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

Error while evaluating UIControl Callback.

haw can i solve this?
