Error while using different step size

I have a model ,i used variable step size,but if i use fixed step size of 0.001,i get diffreent output,plz help to get same output

Pat your step1 block sample time is set to 0.8, change it to -1

i need same output as in that link posted ,while performing in fixed step size 0.001

This model does not work in fixed step size 0.001,if i insert rate transition block my output varies
