Solve the following system of algebraic equations common iteration and Seidel iteration . Find the right solution for 4 decimal places. In either case, fix the number of iterations.
4x1 + x2 + 0.2x3 - 0.1ax4 = 2 ,
-x1 + (a+3)x2 + x3 + (a-1)x4 = -1 ,
0.5x1 + x2 - (a+1)x3 + 0.1x4 = a ,
x1 + 0.9 x2 + 0.2x3 - 0.1ax4 = 0.2a .
