how to fit 3 lines with one equation

I have these 3 lines with x and y, that correspond to C=[25 40 60], is it possible generate an equation that will be valid for all 3 lines?

Easy to answer. Is it possible?
Of course. Anything is possible, though it may take a heck of a lot of work. I could even find some ways to do something totally useless that would, in theory, satisfy what you asked. It would not even be that difficult.
Will the result be of any value or utility to you, even if you succeed? Sorry, but NOT really. Anything you would do there would not be in any meaningful form you could use. Nor, based only on that data, would it provide any meaningful predictive behavior for other possible values of C.
Were you to provide much more information, possibly in the form of physical models allowing you to predict the shapes of those curves from physical measurements and theory, etc., now you might be able to do much. But mathematics is not magic.

well, at least I would learn how it is done and it might make my life a lot easier in the future. You could give me an example on "more easier" curves as well.
