Synchronizing two Signals from different devices

Hello,
I have two Signals which have been recorded from two different devices. I need to plot the Data and compare the phase difference of each Signal. but at first i need to synchronize the Signals.
How can I make the Synchronization possible?
i appreciate every help :)
