How to solve normalize issue for app designer?

Hi,
May I ask that is there a way to add the property "normalized" for all the element in the app designer. The "normalized" property is exist in matab GUI, however, I am unable to find it in the app designer. Without the "normalized" property, my entire application's apperence will change,(like the elements will shift away from their intended position) once my screen's display resolution(e.g.1920x1080 to 1440x900) is changed, is there a way to fix this issue.
