How i write MATLAB m-file to get the plot of the responses of the system due to
unit step and impulse inputs if i know the peak time and WO and Settling time

What do you mean by "get the plot"? Do you mean how do you call the plot() function to plot your data? What is WO? Do you have any formulas?
