how to draw the spherical surfaces with a defined radius array

Dear all, i get a series of nodes distributed evenly on a sphere with triangular meshes, and the data of theta , phi and radius is an array. the radius are not the same value. i want to draw the surface like mesh or surf, but it is only one array and the nodes are not rectangular distribution, then, i get a graphic using plot3 or scatter3, but they are not good. thanks a lot for you to reply me.
