Is it possible to process data in simulink real time using a cfit smoothing spline that was defined offline?

We would like to convert a measured voltage to a distance using a cfit function that was created during sensor calibration.

You can acquire the signal with a frame-based analog input module. At every sample step, you can process the acquired frame with your algorithm.
