How about just using a mat file as a database? Check out the save() function.

Thank's before Image Analyst..but now i have a problem with my code, why just only image above can be processed, when i try another image, the code not work well. here's my code (i running it sequentially, start from x.m ) :

I don't know. I guess your algorithm is not robust enough. I don't have time to fix it for you though. Good luck.
