I have an image that i try to save the coordinate into database, but, i didn't know first step to begin.

How about just using a mat file as a database? Check out the save() function.

I don't know. I guess your algorithm is not robust enough. I don't have time to fix it for you though. Good luck.

Mr. Image Analyst, i want to ask, is ROI can be searched at random?, because I was trying to figure out ROI for the eyes on my picture before. thanks Mr.
