Adding m_map toolbox to standalone app

I have an app which uses m_map toolbox. It works prefectly when I run app in MATLAB. But, When I construct the standalone app (Run time included in package) and add m_map folder to required files for run the app, I have an error: size more than 2GB while my laptop has 12 GB RAM.
Please help me.

Have you found an answer to your question? It sounds like you are further along then I am. I keep getting a new figure window instead of a plot in my axes in the app. How did you get around that as the m_map functions don't allow for a designated axes.
