Need help in moving target indication matlab code

Hi I am trying to simulate an fmcw radar for moving target indication of two targets in which one is stationary and is detected as stationary and other is moving and is detected as moving target. Or only moving can be deteced in this case? Can someone describe me the algorithm how can i do this in matlab and which toolboxes should I use? and any helping examples on mathworks please. Thank you.
