scroll bar callback in app designer

I have an app designer app which displays images in a scrollable grid. How can I add a callback that tells me where I am (what images are displayed) after I am done scrolling?

I don't think this is possible. Grid layouts have no available callback functions associated with them.
I'm not saying there might not be a way to do it, but it is not a capability designed into the grid layout component.
