Designated Computer Matlab usage log file

For a computer with a "Designated Computer" license, is there any kind of log file generated for when Matlab is runnig or if Toolboes are used? I'm looking for an equivalent or similiar FlexLM network license debug.log type of file. I want to see what toolboxes are actually used.

We also use a designated computer license and we need to know how long the license is in use.
Is there a way to monitor this?
