AERMOD appears to be a particular piece of software rather than an algorithm. You can call upon AERMOD from MATLAB, but there is no real interface to it. See the http://www.che.iitm.ac.in/~rrk/DISPMOD_instructions.pdf for an example. However, do not call the sample script "contour.m" like they suggest.
