Below codes runs fine in Matlab online live script but fails in academic version R2020a.
m = 1;
k = 1;
b = 0.2;
F = 1;
A = [0 1; -k/m -b/m];
B = [0 1/m]';
C = [1 0];
D = [0];
sys=ss(A,B,C,D)

Either you don’t have the license for it or you don’t have that toolbox.
