Cannot open exe2.pdf file to continue machine learning Exercise 2

I managed to login to matlab online using my creddentials and download and extract machine-learning-ex2.zip file. It does not allow me to open exe2.pdf file or to modify any exercise scricpts. It did not ask for any token, I get the following error when trying to open the pdf file. How can I proceed wwith my exercise.
