I am kindly asking how l can input time series data to a CNN input layer containing 560 data sets each consist of 3 channels x 266656 points.

You can refer to the time series forecasting example using LSTM in MATLAB. It shows 1000 datasets, 3 channels x 190 datapoints. Time Series Forecasting Using Deep Learning - MATLAB & Simulink - MathWorks India
