simulink requirements DNG error: Failed to parse ProjectID

Greetings,

I configure matlabR2020a to point to my jazz server, connection test works fine. Actually the session will work fine as evidenced by my ability to find my project, get a full list of available configurations, and a list of the requirements held in the config. This will work fine for a while, maybe days on end. Then it won't. I'll get an error back from

configs=slreq.dngGetProjectConfig('project',<myProjectName>);
    Warning: Failed to parse ProjectID for <myProjectName>

Depending on the state of my work, In the SLReq GUI's (from slreq.dngConfigure) I will get a valid selection configuration, one I've been using, but believe this to be a cached value. In the GUI, I can select my project, then under 'Select configuration stream or changeset', select <more>, and receive the same warning related to ProjectID.

So not sure how to resolve this. I don't know if the issue is with my DNG server, with matlab, my laptop? Any help appreciated.
