Contour with proper scale

Hi
I plot my contour but unfortunately it does not show enough line.
How can I increase the line (and decrease difference of line value ).
Attached there is an example. temperature difference of the lines is 5 C.
How can I decrease it to 2 C?

You ccan specify the number of contours you want (see Contours at Twenty Levels), and also their levels by providing a vector of the levels (the vector must contain two or more values, to draw contours at one level, the two values must be the same).
