Print to .eps from simulink

Hello,
Im trying to create .eps files of my simulink project using the following command:-
print -s -depsc -r800 weather_input_block.eps
The output is created in my working directory but i keeps clipping the top inch of the model off. I have also tried using the command:
print -s>nameoffile/subsystemname< -depsc -r800 weather_input_block.eps
but im still getting the same problem.
It would seem to be obvious that the image in the window in Simulink should be zoomed out and visible before i issue the print command if im using -s on the open file.
What am i doing wrong?
