Read from multiple serial ports simultaneously

Hello
I am trying to read data frame from STM32 using serial port, and another serial port for reading torque sensor. And plot the data in real time.
I am currently using different version of MATLAB and run two m files separately, but there is time difference. How can I read and process the data from 2 ports simultaneously??

There is no way to guarantee concurrent execution of two separate processes. You can only ever try to minimize the difference.
If its very important for you to have guaranteed synchronization, you will need to considered dedicated DAQ hardware that implements such feature.
