simulink model run for short time when i use sim command

hi,
i have problem when i use sim command to call my simulink model, the model just run for short time that it should be, i mean the normal run should be 6000 sec but it runs just for 50 sec, i think integrators prvent the system to continu run , so please i need help

What command did you use, and what error message you've got

i use sim command and theres no error message [Tout,X,Y]=sim ('name of the model' [] [input])
