You mean this page in the RF Toolbox documentation?
If you open that example in MATLAB Editor, that helper function for the example is located in the directory that contains the main example file itself.

thanks for your response. i am trying to develop a Matlab tool to demonstrate two nasic problems in transmission lines with the Smith chart: determining an unknown load and using a single stub for matching loads. . thanks, again
